St Patrick’s College, Wellington, New Zealand’s oldest Catholic boys’ college, invites applications for the role of 1 st XV Premier coach for the 2025 season.
Key Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to the SPC Rugby Vision, with proven track record of success in rugby coaching.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in leading, planning, and delivering high performance
  • coaching sessions.
  • A player-centered approach to coaching and development
  • Familiarity with modern coaching practices and methodologies
  • suitable for premier-level college rugby.
  • Qualification in NZRU Advanced Coaching or enrolment in the WRFU DRC program.
  • Experience with video-analysis software for both player and game evaluation.
  • Proactive in updating coaching knowledge and skills.
